British luxury carmaker Bentley has revealed the EXP 15, a futuristic electric concept that blends heritage with innovation.
Though it’s not the final version of Bentley’s first all-electric car, the EXP 15 gives a strong taste of what’s coming in 2026.
Design
The EXP 15 draws its design inspiration from the legendary 1930 Speed Six “Blue Train” – a three-seater coupe that famously raced and beat a French train. While Bentley calls it a sedan, the sleek coupe-like profile tells a different story. It has an unusual three-door setup: two on the left, and one on the right – making it stand out even more.
At the front, there’s no traditional grille. Instead, Bentley has fitted a glowing “digital art” panel that lights up. It’s futuristic, yet elegant – much like the rest of the car. The tailgate includes built-in luggage sections, flaunting the new winged Bentley badge and diamond-patterned taillights.
The car is finished in a stunning liquid metal satin called Pallas Gold, inspired by the classic nickel accents from the original Speed Six. From the grille to the handles, there’s a regal shimmer throughout.
Features
Inside, the EXP 15 reimagines the 1930 Speed Six’s three-seat setup with modern luxury. On the driver’s side, a single door opens to reveal a snug driver seat and a cosy rear one. On the passenger side, two upward-opening coach doors and a part of the roof allow easy entry to a seat that swivels outwards – perfect for grand arrivals.
At the back, there are two mini seats, a lamp, and a drink fridge that slides out from the boot.
The dashboard stretches across the cabin with screens, but Bentley has retained classic elements like physical knobs and heritage textiles from 250-year-old Fox Brothers.
While the EXP 15 may not be the exact EV Bentley will launch in 2026, it surely sets the tone.
